Before I had to give him a nudge few times at night for him to turn over. There is no need anymore.

We went to the dentist and got our device. At first he didn’t want to use it because it was a’la uncomfortable. Now he uses it all the time. Before I had to give him a nudge few times at night for him to turn over or something. There is no need anymore. Although we were sceptic at first we have to acknowledge- it does work (at least with us).
Sometimes husband asks if I’m sure that he doesn’t snore using the device. I haven’t heard at least.

Sometimes people want to know if using it for a while fixes everything permanently. But I say that you have to use it all the time. If we are sleeping somewhere else and he has forgotten to take it with hin he snores!
At the same time my husband says that he has more energy and he sleeps better.
